The Ramp House is an award winning family home, designed and built for a little girl who is a wheelchair user. Thea McMillan of ChambersMcMillan Architects will be reflecting on how research into designing with children led to an inclusive, barrier free and participatory design process.
The Ramp House was one of the participating venues for Doors Open Day 2013, over the two days 907 people were invited through the door to experience the design for themselves. If you missed this opportunity the design process, drawings and photographs are hosted on www.cmcmarchitects.com.
