Board recruitment information session

Architecture and Design Scotland, the Scottish Government, and Public Appointments Scotland are hosting an online information session for candidates interested in applying for the current board vacancies.

Find out more about the role, the process of applying and post your questions about the roles on our board. 

It will be held online on Microsoft Teams from 18:30 to 19:30.

Access: Please note that we will be using Microsoft Teams Webinar format, allowing for anonymity. Please do not register with your work Outlook email, as it may show your name. You can also join the event through a browser, should you not own the Teams app.

How to join the webinar

If you are joining as a guest (not signed in):

1. Click the webinar link.
2. When the join screen appears, look for the Name field.
3. Delete your real name.
4. Type the name you want others to see (example: “Anonymous” or “Guest123”).
5. Click Join now.

If you are signed into Teams:

Teams will usually show your account name automatically. 

Option: Sign out first

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Click your profile picture (top right).
3. Click Sign out.
4. Open the webinar link in a browser (like Chrome or Edge).
5. Enter the name you want displayed.
6. Join as a guest and type the name you want others to see (example: “Anonymous” or “Guest123”).
7. Click Join now.
