Published: 19/08/2026

We're delighted to announce the shortlisted students for the A&DS and RIAS Scottish Student Awards for Architecture 2026.

This year, we received more than 70 entries from the five Scottish schools of architecture. After much discussion and careful consideration, our judges selected a shortlist across five categories that showcases some of the most exciting and inspiring student work in Scotland today.

The awards celebrate the talent, creativity and fresh thinking coming out of Scotland's architecture schools, giving us a glimpse into the future of the profession and the ideas that could shape our built environment for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who entered and shared their work with us. The quality of submissions was incredibly high, and we extend our congratulations to all of the students who have been shortlisted.
