Architecture and Design Scotland is supporting Earth Hour 2013 which takes place on Saturday 23rd of March across the globe.
At 8.30pm on 23 March, hundreds of millions of people will turn off their lights for one hour, on the same night, all across the world in a huge, symbolic show of support for action on climate change and for a more sustainable future. Find out more about how you can support Earth Hour here.
While A&DS’ buildings will be empty and with their lights switched off on Saturday evening we believe this action is important to bring people together in a simple but symbolic way to consider climate change.
You can explore a lot more about sustainability and the built environment either on our website www.ads.org.uk/sust or through our Sust activities at The Lighthouse.
