In order to explore the potential improvements and changes that can be applied to an urban primary school, Blackfriars Primary School in Glasgow has been the subject of a number of design proposals.
The Re:design Option explores the challenges of different educational building types, and looks at how designers can help reveal the hidden potential of our existing schools. This example looks at the redesign of an urban primary school. The program also looked at three other case studies.
