Congratulations to the three Health Boards nominated for the Scottish Design Awards 2011. For the first time there is a prize specifically for Healthcare Buildings, reflecting the variety and high standard of healthcare facilities being delivered across Scotland in recent years. Previously healthcare facilities have been entered as part of the wider Public Building Award, but this year publically procured buildings from Health and Schools have warranted their own awards.
The award was awarded to The West Centre -congratulations to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Anderson Bell Christie.
