Join us to celebrate the best of Scotland’s architecture students in the annual Architecture and Design Scotland (A&DS) and the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) Scottish Student Awards for Architecture.
Now in their 15th year these awards offer a rare opportunity to see all five schools together and recognise the achievement of individual students and their schools of architecture. They are a mark of the continuing high standards of Scottish architectural education and enable both the public and the profession to enjoy the creativity and vision of Scotland’s future architects.
In 2017, for the first time, we will be judging the nominated students at a public event which has been coined ‘Chiff-Chaff’ after the little bird whose song is a short series of repeated notes. Each student will have 5 minutes to present a key message from their 10 submitted slides to the judging panel and audience.
