Workshops took place in May 2012 in schools around Scotland to facilitate young people’s responses to the architecture policy consultation.

In June 2012 Architecture & Design Scotland hosted and facilitated a student workshop as part of the Scottish Government’s International Design Summit to launch the public consultation for the Policy on Architecture and Placemaking for Scotland.

Students from a variety of institutions attended the workshop from disciplines including architecture, landscape architecture and planning with the aim of contributing the student voice to the public consultation. A number of themes from the consultation document were debated and outcomes are available to view in the video below.
