NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (The Board) has over the past ten years been developing its Acute Services Review (ASR) to modernise the acute adult health service within its area.
One of the final proposals of the review is the closure of the Western Infirmary and the relocation of the Out Patient Department throughout the estate including a provision within Gartnavel General Hospital.
