A&DS is proud to announce that Samantha MacDonald and Lesley Riddell-Robertson have been nominated and shortlisted as finalists in the Creativity in Schools category of the Creative Scotland Awards 2012.

The education team at A&DS have created a national programme of educational activities offering exciting opportunities for schools all around Scotland to discover more about architecture and places.

With CPD courses, high quality teaching resources, Glow meets and school based workshops they inspire Scotland’s children and teachers with creative activities that are sustainable meaningful and support the Curriculum for Excellence.

The Above Scotland workshops in September offered children around Scotland the opportunity to design a creative intervention on their landscape and film it from the air resulting in beautiful films which will be featured in the Above Scotland exhibition opening in The Lighthouse on 25th October.
