Architecture and Design Scotland has published its Annual Report for 2013 outlining its work in the past year. The report will give you an insight into how A&DS has supported those involved in shaping our places and how we seek to inspire and engage the public with the importance of architecture and place.

2013 was an important year for architecture in Scotland as it saw the launch of Creating Places – the Scottish Government’s new policy statement on architecture and place, and the announcement that 2016 would be a Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design.

Architecture affects everyone – it can make the places and spaces we work, live and play in beautiful and functional and it can help grow our economy and improve our lives.
