We note that the applicant’s supporting statements advise that, if incorporated in the masterplan, the additional land identified would “improve the design and operation of the golf resort” and “facilitate a better development.” It is not possible to comment at this time as to whether this would be the case, as a masterplan for the consented development site has not yet been supplied.
